Develop the Strength to Conserve Your Health
Ryan Griffin will explain how the cardiovascular, the muscular, and the nervous systems must be integrated to restore, conserve, and extend health after 50. The session includes Q/A and an explanation of a variety of fitness tools.
Ryan heads the Fitness Program at Goose Creek. A high school weight lifter, Ryan is an outstanding trainer and rejuvenator! His Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Florida State prepared him to intern as a strength coach for the Men's Basketball Program at Ole Miss. An NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Ryan's understanding of how to develop strength, functional movement, and his unrelenting attention to his client's physical state make him unique in the world of trainers.
